    A truly one of a kind premium artisan gin, made using the finest crayfish in the UK, from our wonderful Kennet chalk stream.

    Inspired by the idyllic crystal clear waters of the Kennet Valley and using botanicals from the river bank, we give you this unique one-of-a-kind gin.

    With savoury notes of dill, a peppery hit from watercress, a burst of fresh zest from ripe lemon before sampling the ‘pièce de résistance’, the surprising sweetness and delicacy of the finest Kennet Crayfish. These flavours converge as meandering rivers into a totally unprecedented gin.

    Best served over ice with tonic and slice of lemon

      This is a most unusual and delicate Gin. I thought that Gin using crushed crayfish claws would be very weird, but it was a triumph! I loved the dill note and clarity of taste. It packs a nice punch too.
