Our delicious wild caught chalk stream Kennet Crayfish is ethically sourced and processed. Fresh, never frozen. Cleaner with a sweeter, more delicate flavour, we really think our Crayfish are the finest available in the UK.
Humanely stunned and par-cooked to order, this wild British produce is delivered directly to your door.
Item shipped in chilled packaging. Upon receiving please place in a colder area of your refrigerator (=< 4°C) and cook within 24 hours. Once cooked can be kept up to 48 hours refrigerated. Please order in advance, to secure a production slot.

Trapped exclusively along the River Kennet, our signal crayfish (pacifastacus leniusculus) are from some of the only chalk streams in the world which gives them their unique and delicious flavour due to the purified water. Permeating through chalk bedrock, our waters are gin-clear and nutrient rich which provides us with such amazing fish.
