UK shipping :- Deliveries Tuesday to Fridays Only !
To ensure maximum freshness of our products orders placed between Monday to Thursday and before 10.30hrs GMT will be dispatched the same day. The courier services used aim to deliver “Next Day” wherever possible.

For local pickup – orders to be recieved by 13.00 hrs for same day pickup.

Due to the perishable nature of our products Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the given delivery address so that the parcel can be delivered on-time and successfully. Perishable products require to be chilled at all times.

Orders received after the above stated times on Thursdays, Friday or at weekends will not be shipped until the next working day (Monday). Bank holidays and other National holidays will extend these times accordingly until the next working day thereafter.

Note – We (The Kennet Crayfish Company Ltd) are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or for perished/damaged goods due to non-delivery because of wrong address given at the time of order or customer absence at the time of delivery.
